1-2. Here in verse 1 we see that the disciples are amazed at the structure of the temple. We see that even his disciples where caught up in the worldly things in place of thinking of Gods plans and the up coming event that Christ would soon give his life on the cross for all mankind. Time has not change much as far as the human mind thinks. Today we get caught up on worldly things and the desires to have them that we forget our purpose here. Here we see in verse 2 that Jesus tells them to not on things of this world. He told him that the temple would be destroyed and that not one stone would be left in its original place. This came to past when the soldiers of Titus set the temple on fire and the Gold melted and ran down between the stones and the soldiers moved every stone out of its original place. Things of this world are going to pass away and be destroyed, but the heavenly treasure will last for eternity.

3. We see in these verses that the disciples as three questions. When this would happen, what will be the sign, and what to look for at the end of this world as we know it?

4. Jesus now is beginning to answer there questions. Let no man deceive you or lead you astray.

5. Many will come and say that they are the Christ. This has already come to past. Many have come and proclaimed to be Christ and it is happen now right before our eyes today. These that proclaim to be Christ will deceive many people because they are unlearned of the word of God, they have failed to read and study the word of God so that they might know the difference in imposters.

6. Here of wars and rumors of wars and this has been happen for the past 100 years or more. World War 1 and 2 and even the Iraq war today. All of this must come to past before the end will come

7. Nation will rise against nation and there will be famines such as hunger, murder, no water to drink, Cancer, Aids, Floods, Fires, Earth Quakes, suicide, heart failure, and many more.

8. All of these things are just the beginning of the troubles and sorrows to come.

9-10. We see that this is already in place in a lot of countries today also. If you are caught with a Bible or speaking about God or his son Jesus Christ you will be killed. The United is hate because of there stand for God and the stand for protecting Israel. Many others such as Great Brittan and others alike are hated for the stand the take for God and his word. Many shall be offended by it and many shall be betrayed and hated.

11. Many false prophets shall rise during this time and deceive many. There teaching will only led people away from God.

12 Wickedness shall be on a rampage and human affections will be less and less evident and acts of unlove will become more common.

13 Those that endure and cling to Gods Word will surly be saved. Only by Gods Grace can we endure these times of trouble. This does not mean that you will escape physical harm, because we have already read that many will suffer for his cause. No one should even imagine just because they are a apostle that they are excluded from harm. But it does mean if you endure and keep the faith that you will see the land of mike and honey, the new heaven and the new earth.

14 God has given men the technology of the TV and the Internet for this reason to reach out into the entire world and preach the gospel. Today even the Church Internet sight is reaching out across the world today. Many more even greater ministries such as TCT are reaching many more countries then we are.

Even in the time of Moses as God was calling on those willing to lead his people to the promise land of milk and honey, those that truly believed and stood on the word of God. God is calling you and me to stand today and take a stand for him and to remind his people of his world and that we are still on that journey to the land of milk and honey which is New Jerusalem. Even when they were being lead to the promise they grew weak and faint. We sometime grow weak and weary too, but be patience and take one day at a time and put God first in your life each and every day and you will surly endure the road that is before you today.
